All items need to be clearly labelled with the child’s name  Parents are required to supply their child with the following uniform for girls prior to their child starting school:  White shirt or blouse with a collar and either wrist or elbow length sleeves Navy blue skirt – knee length or longer [Younger pupils may prefer a pinafore dress in navy blue] Navy blue v-necked jumper or cardigan [essential for the winter] Black leather shoes with a maximum of 3cm heel [no training shoes, sandals or similar] [Children in nursery, reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will wear shoes with Velcro fastenings or similar – no laces, please] Tights, if worn, will be navy blue Socks will be plain white and either ankle or knee length Head scarves will be either completely navy blue or completely white, with no patterning  Parents are required to supply their child with the following uniform for boys prior to their child starting school:  White shirt with a collar and either wrist or elbow length sleeves Navy blue/black knee length shorts or tailored ankle length trousers Navy blue v-necked jumper or cardigan Navy blue or black socks Black leather shoes [no training shoes, sandals or similar] [Children in nursery, reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will wear shoes with Velcro fastenings or similar – no laces, please]  PE kit for both genders – to be brought to school in a different bag to the bag with school books/snack.  Plain white polo type shirt with a collar [not a T-shirt or singlet] Plain navy blue shorts or plain navy blue tracksuit [logos or similar to be kept to absolute minimum] Training shoes [or football boots and knee length socks for sports field activities] White ankle socks  Swimming kit is left to the parents’ discretion at this stage but must include costume, towel[s] and hairbrush/comb all in a water-proof bag.  PLEASE CHECK REGULARLY THAT THE CHILD’S NAME IS STILL ON EACH ITEM!
