How does it work? · The service is geared mainly towards developments that need several approvals. · When a potential Investor first contacts MIC, the enquiry is directed to the Investor & Development Planning Division of the Business & Investors Department to briefly explain the nature of the proposal. · The details are forwarded to the appropriate section in the Division and assigned to a case officer. · The case officer will contact the Investor to explain what other information is needed and will also start to involve the other MIC Departments and agencies that the project needs. · Although the case officer may change as the project reaches different stages of the process, there will be only one person to contact not several.
