Registration Procedure: Parent to fill in Registration Form (link to the document will be added) and submit to MIC International School front office with the following attached:
- Copy of child’s passport with Residence Permit
- Copy of child’s Birth Certificate
- 2 recent passport-size photographs of the child
- Transfer Certificate from previous school
- Medical Clearance certificate
- Medical Information Form (link to the document will be added)
- Letter confirming fee payment status from sponsor Company
The school will conduct an initial review of the completed application form and attachments to verify admission eligibility. Thereafter a meeting will be scheduled for the parent(s), accompanied by the child, to discuss the admission process with the Headmaster. All information about the child and the record of visits and meetings from this point will be kept in a file with a unique ID number assigned to the child by the school.
The child may be required to spend time with a teacher(s) and/or in a class for assessment purposes, and any pieces of work, copy books, or other information from previous schools that parents can supply will be of great assistance in this process.
Following satisfactory completion of these formalities the Headmaster will decide on admittance*, and allocate a place accordingly.
