| A Mesaieed Industrial City Gate Pass is necessary for any entry into the security-controlled Industrial area of Mesaieed Industrial City. You may apply for a Pass by any of the following methods:
- On-line at MIC or QP web sites if your Company is registered to use e-Pass. For details, See the User Guide.
OR
- By filling in the fillable form (Gate Pass Form) and printing it, or printing the form, then filling it manually; and getting it signed & stamped by the areas you need access to.
Instructions:
1. Complete the heading and Section 1 of the Application Form
· Only the MIC standard Application Form will be accepted.
· Give the name of the applicant in both Arabic and English
· Enter all other required information in English
2. For a group of staff, use one Application Form; attach an Additional Names List
· Only the MIC standard Additional Names List form will be accepted.
· Give the name and details of each applicant in both Arabic and English.
3. Attach clear photocopies of required documentation.
4. In Section 2, tick the box for each location to which access is needed.
5. Have the form signed & stamped by the applying Company’s approved representative.
6. Send or fax the form to each location to obtain an authorizing signature.
AFTER AUTHORIZATION, SUBMIT THE APPLICATION TO THE MIC GATE PASS OFFICE
1. Take the e-Pass confirmation & documents, or the Application, to the Temporary Pass counter.
2. Pay any Gate Pass Fee shown on the Payment Advice at the adjacent Bank counter.
3. Go to the Collection counter (with the Bank receipt) and collect the Gate Pass.
B. PASS VALID OVER 1 MONTH and GROUP APPLICATION
1. Take the e-Pass confirmation & documents, or Application, to the Group/Permanent Pass counter.
2. Return to the Group/ Permanent Pass counter as instructed when the pass will be ready.
3. Pay any Gate Pass Fee shown on the Payment Advice at the adjacent Bank counter.
4. Go to the Collection counter (with the Bank receipt) and collect the Gate Pass.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
The following documents must accompany each application for a Gate Pass.
ALL PASSES:
- Photocopy of Qatari Identity Card (both sides) OR
- Photocopy of Identity Card Issued by Ministry of Interior (both sides) OR
- Photocopy of passport pages showing:
Passport details and photograph
Entry Visa
Residence Permit (if appropriate)
PASSES VALID OVER 1 MONTH ONLY:
In addition to one of the above documents:
One photograph: head & shoulders, passport size (2.5 x 3.2 cm); background not white. CID file card in approved format with attached photograph as above.
Fees are payable for Gate Passes (except for staff of QP and Mesaieed Industries):
